• To avail themselves of the benefits of the scheme, beneficiaries can obtain the Ayushman CAPF e-card from their respective forces, which will be activated at empanelled private hospitals using a copy of their service ID and a government-approved photo ID such as an Aadhaar. Alternatively, they can obtain the e-card from a Pradhan MantriAarogyaMitra (PMAM) stationed at a PM-JAY empanelled private hospital, using the same documents.

•  Various support systems will be in place to ensure the smooth functioning of the scheme, including a 24X7 call centre, online grievance management system, fraud and abuse control system, and real-time monitoring dashboards.
